Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Mama ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the Mama iOS application (the "App"). We've kept this as simple and transparent as possible.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. Mama does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.

All data you generate within the App — including saved affirmations and theme preferences — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.

2. iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, iOS may automatically back up App data (such as your saved affirmations and preferences) to your personal iCloud account. This backup is managed entirely by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Mama offers optional subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card information or billing details. Apple may collect and use purchase-related information in accordance with their privacy policy.

We receive only a confirmation from Apple that a valid subscription exists — nothing more.

4. Analytics & Tracking

Mama does not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We do not track your behavior within the App, and we do not share any data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple's platforms (iOS, App Store, StoreKit, iCloud). Your interactions with these services are governed by Apple's privacy policy and terms of service, not ours. We encourage you to review Apple's policies at apple.com/legal/privacy.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data Security

Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no centralized database of user information that could be breached. Your data security relies on the security of your own device and iCloud account, which is protected by Apple's industry-leading security infrastructure.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you wish to delete App data, you may do so by deleting the App from your device. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and post the new policy within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
